The Eastern economies like China and India are considered as the economies that will drive the global growth in the future. Improvements in infrastructure and the new investments by manufacturing industries are some of the drivers of construction growth in the emerging eastern economies. The impact of these emerging economies on the construction industry is huge with China being the highest contributor to construction spends and India following closely.
