What is Quality Management Process?

There are many different ways to define a quality management process, but at its core, quality management is all about ensuring that products or services meet customer expectations. It can be done through various methods, such as setting quality standards, conducting quality audits, and implementing quality control procedures.

There are many benefits to implementing a quality management process. The most obvious benefit is that it can help to ensure that products or services meet customer expectations, which can lead to increased customer satisfaction and loyalty. Quality management can also help to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness and can even lead to cost savings in the long run.

Important elements of the quality management process

There are three basic stages or elements of a quality management process which includes:

  • Quality Planning

The process of planning a map to execute things with the aim of getting the best quality is called Quality planning. 

  • Quality Assurance

Quality assurance means ensuring at every stage that the goods produced will eventually come out to be of quality standards. 

  • Quality Control 

Quality control refers to ensuring that the goods/services you produce are of optimal quality.
