Job Responsibilities:

1. Opportunity Support & Solutioning

  • Collaborate with Sales and internal teams to design fit-for-purpose solutions aligned with client needs and business goals.
  • Lead complex, large, and strategic opportunities with a hands-on approach, supporting RFPs, solution demonstrations, proof of concepts (PoCs), and related activities to showcase the value proposition.
  • Provide consultative support throughout the sales process by offering deep insights into solution value, best practices, scalability, and return on investment (ROI).
  • Guide and support clients through complex decision-making processes, helping them maximize value from the proposed solutions.

2. Strategy & Execution

  • Drive pre-sales strategy in alignment with overall business objectives, working closely with the Global Head – Presales & Solution Consulting.
  • Lead initiatives to continuously enhance the Presales Centre of Excellence by introducing and adopting best practices.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive insights to inform solution strategy and market positioning.

3. Strategic Advisory

  • Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders by providing insights into industry trends and best practices.
  • Serve as a champion for all Beroe solutions by identifying opportunities for business transformation or operational optimization and proposing long-term strategic initiatives.
  • Advise clients on change management approaches and long-term solution scalability.

4. Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams

  • Work closely with Product, Technology, Research, and Content teams to ensure strong alignment on proposed solutions.
  • Provide actionable client feedback to Product, Research, and Content teams to help refine product and content roadmaps.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams on account nurturing, farming, and retention strategies.

5. Marketing Initiatives

  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to understand client engagement dynamics and develop compelling case studies that articulate delivered value.
  • For strategic accounts, clearly articulate the ROI achieved through Beroe’s solutions using representative scenarios.
  • Lead the development of industry-specific solution pitches to enhance contextualization and strengthen the overall value proposition.

Education & Experience: MBA with 10+ years of pre-sales experience in a global function with any IT product organization.
