Generative AI Research & Strategy Lead

Focus: Staying on the bleeding edge and ensuring the team is using the best possible models and techniques.

Role Overview:

The landscape of Generative AI changes weekly. You are the team’s scout. You evaluate new models, test
emerging research papers, and determine which technologies are worth the team’s investment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct rapid “proof-of-concept” tests on new open-source and closed-source models.
• Lead prompt engineering efforts and fine-tuning strategies to maximize model performance for
  specific use cases.
• Educate the broader Tech Accelerators team on the latest breakthroughs in multimodal AI, long
  context windows, and reasoning models.

Requirements:

• Strong theoretical understanding of Transformers, Diffusion models, and fine-tuning techniques (LoRA, QLoRA).
• Ability to translate “research-speak” into actionable business strategy.
• Passionate about the AI ecosystem – you spend your weekends reading ArXiv papers and testing
  GitHub repos.
