Position Title: CRM Specialist

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Specialist with mandatory hands-on experience in Salesforce and HubSpot. The ideal candidate must have end-to-end operational expertise in HubSpot and strong reporting capabilities in Salesforce. This role requires deep understanding of CRM automation, lead lifecycle management, and performance reporting.
Job Responsibilities:
HubSpot (End-to-End Management)
- Complete ownership of HubSpot CRM operations
- Lead scoring setup and optimization
- Workflow automation setup and management
- Landing page creation and optimization
- Email campaign setup and automation
- Pipeline management and lifecycle stage configuration
- Integration with marketing and sales tools
- Data hygiene, segmentation, and database management
Salesforce (Reporting & Analytics)
- Creation and management of reports and dashboards
- Sales performance tracking and analysis
- Data validation and CRM hygiene
- Custom report building for sales and leadership teams
- Performance insights and forecasting support
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of CRM experience
- Mandatory hands-on experience with Salesforce (Reporting)
- Mandatory end-to-end operational expertise in HubSpot
- Strong knowledge of lead scoring models and automation workflows
- Experience in landing page creation within HubSpot
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Understanding of sales funnel management
- Knowledge of CRM integrations and APIs is a plus
