AI Automation & Workflow Architect

Role Overview:

You are a master of efficiency. Your goal is to look at manual, multi-step processes and replace them with autonomous AI agents. You do not just build bots; you build systems that “think” and execute.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and deploy agentic workflows using tools like CrewAI, AutoGen, or custom-built Python scripts.
• Integrate AI agents with existing enterprise software (ERPs, CRMs, and communication tools) via
  APIs and webhooks.
• Monitor agent performance and “hallucination rates,” constantly refining prompts and logic for
  higher accuracy.

Requirements:

• Strong background in systems integration and API management.
• Experience with workflow automation platforms and low-code/no-code AI tools.
• Proven ability to deconstruct complex human tasks into machine-executable logic.
