Senior Manager – Renewals

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Senior Manager– Renewals to drive customer retention and growth. This role is crucial in maximizing recurring revenue, reducing churn, and ensuring a smooth renewal experience for our customers.
You will work closely with sales and customer success to manage and execute a scalable renewals process.
Job Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the end-to-end customer renewal process for assigned accounts
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to optimize renewal workflows and revenue forecasting
- Develop strategies to minimize churn and identify expansion opportunities ( renewals)
- Manage renewal pipeline, forecast accurately, and ensure timely renewals
- Implement playbooks and best practices for engaging at-risk accounts.
- Track KPIs and produce regular reports on renewal performance and revenue
- Identify process improvements and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the customer experience
- Drive automation and tooling improvements for the renewal process (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight, etc.)
Education, desirable qualifications and educational establishment, additional education:
- Any Graduate with minimum 8 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer success with a focus on renewals.
- Strong negotiation, objection handling, and customer engagement skills
- Excellent understanding of recurring revenue business models (SaaS or subscription preferred)
- Proficient in CRM and renewal tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight, etc.)
- Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in SaaS, technology, or B2B enterprise sales environments
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
