Tom Nash, the Chief Procurement Officer, designed the Stakeholder Advisory Board (SAB) soon after he joined the Red Cross in 2015. The Advisory Board is designed to ensure that Procurement and Business are aligned in solving real business problems, and thus, work collaboratively to improve business performance.
