Beroe Samavesh Overall Winner at National Management Convention

SAMAVESH adjudged Overall Winner at 6th National Management Convention by School of Management, KIIT University. Beroe's CSR arm Samavesh (meaning Inclusion), successfully participated in the 6th National Management Convention on "Corporate Social Responsibility: Taking the Next Leap Forward"ﾝ, organized by the School of Management, KIIT University, Odisha. The paper was adjudged the overall winner among the 50 plus papers presented by other corporates and academicians, including Aditya Birla Group, Tata Steel, NALCO and Jindal Group. The national level conference saw industry majors share best practices & solutions for challenges faced by Corporate India. The key differentiator in Beroe's paper was the focus on a qualitative way to measure ROI of value delivered on CSR initiatives. This explored a methodology to make CSR activities self-sustaining and to enable CSR team/stakeholders to become independent units over a period of time. Samavesh's own learning from its challenges in executing and maintaining the momentum of CSR activities helped in bringing a feasible solution to the table.
