UX Designer
- Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders and developers to understand user needs and business goals.
- Conduct research and gather feedback to inform design decisions and document requirements.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate the intended user experience. Ensure
- Develop and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and UI pattern libraries.
- Collaborate with our researchers and data analysts to track, monitor and iterate designs based on user feedback.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and ensure product excellence and experience design consistency across all digital platforms in alignment with product design leadership.
