Manager Marketing

This role is a critical part of the Marketing Team @ Beroe and will work towards driving Beroe’s growth by driving Partner Marketing initiatives and will liaise with Beroe’s sales, product , partners and other stakeholders to identify potential marketing opportunities to support and create impactful go-to-market content and collaterals.

• Job Responsibility
• Identify new marketing partnership opportunities that will help deliver our brand and community engagement objectives
• Work closely with Partnerships & Alliances and Partner Marketing teams to fulfil GTM requirements
• Evaluate, measure, and report on the effectiveness of Partner marketing programs
• Design, develop and update sales & marketing content in the form of factsheets, presentations, brochures, special reports and sales kits
• Create/leverage content assets for social and digital promotions
• Work in close coordination with Partnerships & Alliances and Partner Marketing teams to fulfil collateral and GTM requirements
• Work with Beroe’s Solutioning Team to identify and create Beroe’s proposition specific collaterals
• Work closely with product specialists to develop impactful marketing materials for the promotion of new and current products

• Job Requirements
• 7+ years of Product/ Enterprise Marketing experience either in an enterprise or an agency (MBA/master’s in communications preferred)
• Strong communicator, able to build successful relationships and steer cross-functional teams
• Excellent writing skills and content development
• Exceptional time management, attention to detail and project management
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
