Job Description


  • Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Identify upsell/cross sell opportunities within the assigned set of accounts
  • Demand generation for Beroe’s products & services
  • Monitor and drive accounts utilization
  • Accounts health management
  • Ensure renewal targets are met >= 87%; upsell targets are met.
  • Relationship management with key client stakeholders
  • LiVE.Ai individual / group stakeholder trainings and adoption
  • Conduct account level client review sessions
  • Manage / enhance user experience on and off LiVE.Ai platform

Education, desirable qualification and educational establishment, additional education:

Essential: MBA /Masters with 5-8 years of experience in account management or customer success from enterprise customers.
